Yes. Before payment you'll see an order summary. Tap Edit a Field to change any section, or Confirm & Pay when you're happy.
If you order CV Only or the Complete Job Pack, you can optionally add a headshot. Send a clear, well-lit photo with a plain background. Many international and remote employers prefer CVs without photos — you can skip it for those applications. Cover Letter Only orders don't include a CV photo step.
We accept EcoCash via Paynow. After you confirm your order, enter your EcoCash number (e.g. 0771234567). You'll get a payment prompt on your phone — enter your PIN to confirm. We never ask for or store your PIN.
Most orders are completed in about 2 minutes after payment is confirmed. Your PDF(s) are sent back in WhatsApp.

Yes. Reply restart (or send reset, start over, or menu) after an order to begin again. We keep your submitted details so you can request reprints or updates — contact us on WhatsApp or email.
